Let's see . . .I believe the entire look only cost me roughly $18.
Because I had the two blouses already that were given to me. For the skirt, I got the red from the thrift-store (it originally came from bed sheets) I just added it to a black pencil-skirt. and then $10 for the top hat that I just decorated. ^_^ All that to say that I love thrift-stores and I don't "hoard" clothes for nothing.
